Student Support and Guidance
We understand that life as a student of an online university is not always an easy ride. That is why we aim to give you the support that you need to help you resolve your problems.
Email: Can be found on the right hand corner of the respective course.
The course facilitators deal with issues regarding the particular course. You may contact them for:
- Seeking any clarification on the course itself, the method , the syllabus etc.
- Questions’ regarding what is taught in the course.
- Reporting forum activities.
Sr Muminah deals with facilitator issues on the diploma section, Please note that you must contact the respective course facilitator first before you try to contact Sr Muminah.
The course facilitator information can be found on the course page on the right hand corner. In case you do not get a reply from the course facilitator within a period of 7 days, please contact Sr Muminah with the issue.
Support team deals with account problems on the diploma section. You may contact Support team for:
- In case you did not receive account confirmation email.
- Password recovery, Please make sure you have tried automatic password recovery. Click Here
- Course un enrolment requests.
- For any technical issues on the website.
Fatimah Bint Abubakr deals with emailing certificates to the students on completion on the course.
Please make sure you email your course name for which you want the certificate.
