The International
Open University's (IOU) diploma section has offered its courses free of charge
from 2007 to mid-2009, as well as a few months during COVID-19. However,
at the end of 2019, a minimal fee (Fee ranges from US$ 1 to US$ 10 monthly) was introduced to support
its operational costs and ensure the continued offering of the courses. After
four years, due to increasing operating costs and our commitment to maintaining a cost-effective program for
students, we
have decided to increase our
subscription fee to a range of US$ 1.10 to US$ 11, where the individual student determines the amount based on
their financial capacity. The
payment is made annually and not on a monthly basis.
